Professor Adams-Schoen was invited to participate in the 2018 Sabin Colloquium on Innovative Environmental Law Scholarship at Columbia Law School. She presented an early-stage draft article on environmental criminal law that examines the conflict between agency deference and the rule of lenity, and commented on other participants’ projects.
