Professor Sullivan files Amicus Curiae brief in Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals case

Millard, et al., v. Rankin, amicus curiae brief on behalf of National Association for Rational Sexual Offense Laws, No. 17-1333, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

He argued in support of the District Court’s finding that the Colorado Sexual Offender Registration Act was unconstitutionally applied to the plaintiffs in a Section 1983 action where private information available online was misused to harass and intimidate registrants.
