Professor Kim Vu-Dinh and Professor Dustin Marlan (UMass Dartmouth) were invited to present their work in progress entitled “Help Was Not on the Way: Good Samaritan Laws and Intellectual Property in a Pandemic Era.” They explore the challenges and propose solutions for Good Samaritans producing PPE during the COVID-19 global pandemic.
