Chuck Goldner

After 14 years in private practice in Dallas, Texas and Washington, D.C., specializing in municipal finance and commercial real estate, Professor Goldner joined the William H. Bowen School of Law faculty in 1988. He served as associate dean for Academic Affairs from 1993 to 1997, as interim dean in July 1997, as associate dean of External Relations from 1998 to 2000, and as dean from 2000 to 2008. Professor Goldner served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Law School Admission Council from 2006 to 2009, on the Arkansas Access to Justice Commission (chair, 2004-2010), on the Arkansas Supreme Court Professional Practicum Committee (chair, 2004-2010), and as a member of the Accreditation Committee of the ABA Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar. He teaches Local Government, Property, Real Estate Transactions, Commercial Paper, and Legal Profession.
