Research Associate Professor
Dr. Kannarpady is leading research at CINS in the area of nanoscale thin films. His main research focuses are surface modification to tailor water/oil wetting properties, development of biosensors such as cancer cell detection, and photoelectrochemical solar cells. Dr. Kannarpady oversees the advanced thin film deposition laboratory at CINS, which includes an E-beam/thermal evaporator, magnetron sputtering, pulsed laser deposition, and electrochemical deposition.
