Title IX Policy for Complaints of Sexual Assault and Other Forms of Sexual Harassment Revision Approved

The revision to the Title IX Policy for Complaints of Sexual Assault and Other Forms of Sexual Harassment, 401.7, was approved by Chancellor Christina Drale on August 13, 2020, and became effective on the same date. The policy revision is based on recommendations from the UA System.
