Policy
The University of Arkansas at Little Rock interprets an Arkansas State law to require all applicants to provide proof of immunization for measles, mumps, and rubella if born on or after January 1, 1957. Forms are available in the Office of Admissions and the Graduate School and must be returned with proof of immunization.
