Dear Campus Community,
We’d like to share an update on the progress the Office of Communications and Marketing is making toward the redesigned university website.
Improved Way to Login to WordPress
We now have an improved way to login to WordPress using single-sign-on. It was our goal with the redesign to move toward a SSO experience so that employees and students would have one login process to access multiple applications, such as Workday, WiFi, Blackboard, and others. We’re thankful to have launched SSO for WordPress ahead of schedule, and we appreciate our partners in IT Services for working with us to make it easier for the university community to access key applications.
Partnership
We recently began working with a higher education expert, OHO Interactive, that is providing guidance as we focus on the site architecture (how the site will be organized) of the new website. OHO will also be involved in providing feedback and insight as we create wireframes for the new templates.
Focus Groups and Feedback
As we make progress with the site architecture and wireframes, we look forward to sharing these with the campus community. This will be a chance for you to hear more about our plans and provide feedback.
Website Content Audits
The ualr.edu website includes nearly 200 sites and more than 7,000 published pages. We continue to work with departments to audit and update their website content. To help support departments, we are now scheduling meetings with editors to expedite the audit process and determine what edits are needed. Learn more about the content audit process and how you can get started.
We know how important the website is in helping people learn more about UA Little Rock, and we are appreciative to the many faculty and staff who have been working with us on their content audits.

We appreciate your support during this process. The university redesign site has additional information about how to get started reviewing your site and our Project Blog also includes some helpful tips and updates.
