SUPPORT SERVICES

The Trojan Food Pantry is still open to assist students, faculty, and staff through this difficult time. To keep our customers and our staff safe and to lessen the amount of physical contact, we will be implementing new techniques as suggested by the Arkansas Food Bank and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Effective Thursday, April 9, we will be transitioning to pick-up appointments only. All orders and appointments must be scheduled via our website or by phone and must be picked up at the scheduled time. Orders can be picked up by meeting our staff at the main entrance to Administration North, or by our staff delivering your order to you in your vehicle in the temporary parking area by eStem.

Full details can be found at our website, by emailing us at pantry@ualr.edu, or by calling 501-569-8240

Mail Service Hours

Effective immediately, Mail Services will have lobby hours to serve the campus from 12 to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please arrange your schedule to conduct your mail business during this time. Since there will only be one mailroom employee in the mailroom daily we ask that you please be patient and try not to wait until the last minute to rush your mail to them for processing.

Even though the lobby hours have been shortened, someone will be in the mailroom and available by phone (569-8699) to assist you from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
