How to Get Workday Help
Before submitting a ticket, please visit the Workday Support Training Page. This page is a repository for all current Workday-related training materials for HR and Finance processes, as well as general Employee and Manager Self-Service topics. You can also access UA System-wide training via the Workday Learning Application (available via the Workday homepage).

Once you have requested support or asked a question, you will be assigned an incident number. Check the status of your reported incidents in order to stay in touch with your support technician and monitor the progress of your resolution.
