Operations Director
Mildred Holley joined CINS as the Operations Director in August of 2009, after 21 years working with the Arkansas Small Business & Technology Development Center. Her duties include management of the center’s financial and business operations, outreach and communications, and administrative activities. She works closely with the center director and staff to manage center budgets and accounts, develop and implement organizational policies and procedures, and oversee management of sponsored research projects. She participates in proposal writing, communicates with industry collaborators, and supports development of commercialization plans for center technologies.
