The School of Business uses the Career Connections tool where students can submit their resume, search for job postings from employers, and schedule interviews (when employers set that up with us). All of the School’s career events will be scheduled through Career Connections.
Your username and student identification have already been loaded into the system.
1. New Users – Registration: Login with your username, which is your UALR email address (including the @ualr.edu part!)
2. Select “FORGOT PASSWORD”
3. Open your UALR email to find communication from the software with your “random” initial password. Use this password to login for the first time. You will be prompted to create your own password at that point. Look over your profile and add important information about your skills and job preferences.
You can immediately see the calendar of events already scheduled. You can also see how to submit your resume for review and approval, and can see what jobs employers have posted and whether your skills and major qualify.
This is going to be a very important tool for you as you progress through your degree in the School of Business. We are very glad to be able to bring this career services suite to our students.
