How did you get started in the University Career Services profession?
I’ve worked in the nonprofit world for the majority of my career. However, I wanted to challenge myself and give back to the community in a different way
Describe a “typical workday” in University Career Services.
There is a LOT going on because we are always looking for opportunities to provide to students! Lots of interacting with industries we think UA Little Rock students would be interested in AND benefit from.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Hanging out with my dogs, painting, resting, reading
What is the most interesting place you have ever visited?
My happy place is Cimarron, New Mexico. The colors and mountains are especially beautiful in the fall.
What do you like best about living in Central Arkansas?
The restaurants and shopping downtown.
