Courtney Wilson

“As a working artist, those connections are priceless, and I wouldn’t trade them for anything at this moment. And I don’t know where else I would have been able to get that other than UA Little Rock.”


Courtney Wilson is an Applied Design major who is able to take art classes part-time. She’s had the amazing opportunity to learn first-hand from award-winning sculptor and painter, Kevin Kresse. Through her internship, she is gaining valuable skills and knowledge about being a professional working artist.

Cameron Jackson is a track athlete studying cybersecurity. “My professors here at UA Little Rock are phenomenal. They will go the extra mile to make sure that you succeed. They will stay up all night continuing messages back and forth while you’re away at a track meet trying to help you through a lab, or a cyber-jam, or just a small assignment.”


Cameron Jackson, a talented student athlete and dedicated cybersecurity student, has found the perfect balance between his athletic pursuits and academic studies. With his impressive performances on the track and his growing knowledge of cybersecurity, he is poised for success in both arenas.

Antonia Parks is ready for her future. “UA Little Rock really brought out my leadership skills. It helped me develop into the leader I am today. If you have this degree, you can go anywhere and do pretty much anything within the engineering field, because it’s so broad on the spectrum.


Antonia Parks, a driven engineering student, is carving her path as a computer engineer while taking on leadership roles as the chair of two student organizations. With her technical expertise and exceptional organizational skills, Antonia is making significant contributions to both her field and the campus community.

“I honestly do not believe that I would be currently a superintendent of schools if it wasn’t for the education experience that I received at UA Little Rock.”


With his advanced degrees, Dr. Jeremy Owoh gained valuable insights into effective leadership strategies, educational policy, and instructional practices. As the superintendent of the Jacksonville North Pulaski School District, he is able to utilize the skills he gained from his education at UA Little Rock.
