Jeremy Paprocki is an Advanced Instructor in the Counseling, Human Performance, and Rehabilitation Department. He has worked in higher education at UA Little Rock since 2016.
Mr. Paprocki earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance from St. Norbert College. His Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology is from the University of Kentucky.
Prior to coming to UA Little Rock he spent three years working as a strength and conditioning coach for multiple Olympic sport teams.
Courses taught at UA Little Rock include Care and Prevention of Injuries, Exercise Wellness & Lifestyle, Exercise Principles and Methods, and Advanced First Aid.
Mr. Paprocki owns his own personal training and rehabilitation business and sees clients at multiple fitness centers around the Little Rock area. He spends a lot of his time with his son Elijah and dog Avis. He also enjoys being active outside, traveling, sports, and music.
