Protocol submissions should be:
- Filled out completely
- Signed electronically
- Dated correctly
- Submitted as a single PDF file
Include CITI course completion reports in your protocol submission. CITI completion certificates will not be accepted. To learn more about CITI training, please visit Required Training.
Note: If there is no activity regarding your project for more than 60 days, it is deemed inactive and will be closed. If you wish to continue your research interest, you will need to submit a new protocol.
