Group Study Rooms

The law library has ten conference rooms that may be reserved by patron groups for the purposes of legal research or law school class work. Rooms may ONLY be reserved by UA Little Rock law students, attorneys and judges. Patrons may reserve library rooms on a first come, first served basis in person or by phone, no more than 24 hours in advance. While most conference rooms are designated for group use only, three are also available for individual study.

The rooms may be reserved for up to 3 hours, but may not be continuously reserved in advance by members of the same study group. The library will hold room reservations for 15 minutes after the scheduled times; the room may then be signed out to another group.

When reserving a room, all members of the group must sign in. The library will not reserve conference rooms to individual members of the same study group in succession. The purpose of this policy is to make the rooms available to as many patrons as possible, especially during times of high demand.

Group study rooms and conference rooms are available for research and study purposes only. They are not available for depositions or conferences not related to legal research or law school class work.

Please read the new occupancy rules before selecting a study room to reserve:
