The University of Arkansas at Little Rock Department of Theatre Arts and Dance will host Dance Harvest 2016 Nov. 17-20. 

Dance Harvest 2016 will feature original choreographed pieces by dance performance students and faculty from the university. This concert is a culminating event based on a four-semester series of study in dance composition that includes Improvisation and Choreography I, II, and III.

The opening night performance will be held at 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, followed by a reception with cake and punch. Additional performances will take place at 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18; 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19; and 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 20. All performances will be in the University Theatre in the Center for Performing Arts.

One or two of the pieces will be selected to advance to a showing at the American College Dance Association-South Region performance in March 2017 at Auburn University.
