Policy

Transcripts are issued only at the request of the student and must include the student’s signature. Transcript requests should be made at least three working days prior to the desired date of issue. The fee per transcript published by the Office of the Registrar must be received before a transcript will be issued. Transcripts may be redacted for students who owe a Past Due Charge at the time of the transcript request, as defined in LR Policy 514.2. Transcripts that have been presented for admission or evaluation of credit become a part of the student’s permanent record and are not reissued. Transcripts from other institutions, if needed, must be sent to UA Little Rock directly from the original issuing institution.

Transcripts may be requested in person or online, as described on the Student Records website. A transcript can only be released with the written authorization of the student. Photo identification will be required for transcripts picked up in person. In addition, official transcripts will not be issued unless the student has complied with LR Policy 514.2 regarding Past Due Charges.

Students may pay the transcript fee by check or money order made payable to UA Little Rock, by credit card (except American Express), or with cash.
