The Technology Purchasing Procedures apply to all hardware, software, audio-visual and network related resources of UA Little Rock, whether located on the campus or in remote locations.
- Tagging Equipment: Choose the appropriate equipment spend category to ensure proper tracking in the ERP system.
- Trust the Category, Not the Quote: The selected spend category determines whether tax applies, regardless of what is listed on the vendor’s quote.
