Spring graduation application(s) have been submitted and are pending. A student’s records and application will be reviewed and approved or declined by the department of your major and the college. If the application is declined, the student will receive an email notification. Otherwise, the application is still pending. Departments will not begin graduation checkout of the approved applications until after final grades post for the term. It will take the office 4-6 weeks to complete the graduation checkout. Students will be sent an email notification when their degree is awarded or declined. If an application is declined, please contact the college for details.
Diplomas will be mailed to the address on the application unless the Registrar’s Office is contacted requesting a change to the diploma mailing address.
All degree requirements need to be completed by the date grades are due for the spring term.
