Students Present Research at SWPA

At the end of March 2025, UA Little Rock students from the Department of Psychological Sciences had the opportunity to present their research at the Southwestern Psychological Association’s 2025 Convention. The research project, ‘Burnout, Stress, Sleep Hygiene, and Sleep in Firefighters,’ sought to explore how sleep hygiene, sleep quantity, and sleep quality serve as predictors of burnout and stress in firefighters. We are proud of their dedication to the research, their presentation skills, and the knowledge they gained throughout this whole process. Way to go!
