Dr. Moore received his Ph.D. in Integrative Biology from Oklahoma State University in 2017. His research focuses on understanding student inclusion perceptions and behavior in undergraduate STEM education. He has authored several articles and federal grants as well as presented many talks on inclusion and diversity. In the spring of 2021, Dr. Moore is took on the LA Program Coordinator position at UA Little Rock. Since then he has also become the director of the LSAMP program (Spring 2022) and Undergraduate Research (Fall 2022). When he is not in working, Dr. Moore enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying the great outdoors.

Mary French is the Learning Hub Coordinator at UA Little Rock working with LSAMP, LAP, and STRIVE. She is passionate about helping others achieve success and is thrilled to continue working with students and teachers in Arkansas. Mary just completed a 30-year career as a secondary science educator. During her career in education, she served on the AR State Science Fair SRC, various school committees, coached quiz bowl, and was passionate about STEM education. Mary is a previous STRIVE educator and mentor teacher for the UA Little Rock STRIVE program. She earned a BS in Biology from Henderson State University and an MSE in Gifted, Talented, & Creative from Arkansas State University. She also loves spending time with her family and participating in 5K walks.
