Trojan Career Closet Group Shopping Visit Request Form

UA Little Rock faculty, staff, and recognized student organization officers may request a group shopping visit to the Trojan Career Closet. Group shopping visits allow students to browse available professional attire, try on clothing, and make selections based on Trojan Career Closet clothing and visit guidelines. Group shopping visits are available for 10–15 students and are scheduled for one hour. Requests must be submitted at least five business days in advance and are scheduled based on staffing and availability. Submitting this form does not confirm your visit. University Career Services will contact the requestor after the request has been reviewed.

After You Submit Your Request

If your group size, scheduling needs, or other visit details change, contact University Career Services at [email protected] as soon as possible. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible. If you cannot provide 24 hours’ notice, email [email protected] as soon as you know your group cannot attend. Students who arrive late may still participate, but the visit will end at the originally scheduled time.
