Diplomas

Diplomas will not be awarded at the commencement ceremony.

During the ceremony, students will be given their diploma covers. The process of ensuring that all graduation requirements have been met and the printing of your diploma will take approximately six to eight weeks from the date of Commencement. Once all of the diplomas have been printed, they will be mailed out.

*NOTE: All correspondence concerning your diploma, as well as the diploma itself, will be mailed to the address you provided when you applied for graduation.

If the address you provided should change, please visit The Office of Records & Registration to learn how to update your address information.

**NOTE: If you have any academic or financial holds on your account, we will not be able to issue your diploma to you. Holds on your account may include parking fines, overdue library book charges, unpaid tuition or fees, etc.
