Diplomas

Students will receive a diploma cover only at their commencement ceremony.

Applying to graduate does not guarantee that your degree will be conferred or that you will receive a diploma. The process of ensuring that all graduation requirements have been met and the printing of your diploma takes approximately six to eight weeks from the date of commencement.

*NOTE: If you have any academic or financial holds on your account, we will not be able to issue your diploma. Holds on your account may include parking fines, overdue library book charges, unpaid tuition or fees, etc.

Diplomas will be mailed to the mailing address in WorkDay, unless requested otherwise. Please ensure that your address is updated in your student account as soon as possible.
