CSTEM at UA Little Rock has implemented Faculty Success by Watermark to provide a single repository for faculty information. The initial pilot during Spring 2017 was to replace the Professional Annual Reporting (PAR) which is now called the Annual Faculty activity Report (AFAR), Load Report, and Minimum Enrollment Exception report. The college now uses for all Annual Faculty Reviews and for Load Reports. The link to log in (using the UA Little Rock NetID) and a PAR mapping document are below:
