Degree Details
The School of Business at UA Little Rock offers a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance to undergraduate students. This finance degree will open doors to a wide variety of careers including commercial banking, financial planning, and investment banking. Our finance graduates are extremely successful on the Series 7 exam and on other professional exams necessary for a career in finance.
The B.B.A. in Finance has three concentrations to choose from: Financial Services and Risk Management, General Finance, or Real Estate.

Concentration Details
All concentrations focus on the analytical and decision-making aspects of the subject areas. Finance majors have the opportunity to manage the $500,000 Ford Investment Trust during their senior year.
Students who perform well may participate in the Applied Equity Analysis class. This class manages the student-directed Joe Ford Portfolio. These students essentially perform the roles of equity analysts and may present their equity research to outside business professionals.
