Financial Aid Census Date

• Final eligibility for financial aid awards is based on the number of hours enrolled as of the term census date.  The census date varies according to the type of aid the student is receiving and the part(s) of term in which the student is enrolled.
• Financial aid award amounts are adjusted through the end of day on the census date for each term.

Federal	Summer	Any part of term	Varies depending on enrollment.  In some cases awards are adjusted daily through the last date a student can register for a summer class, typically in July.
UA Little Rock Scholarships	Fall or Spring	Any part of term	11th class day of the 16-week part of term, regardless of the part or parts of term in which the student has enrollment
ADHE Awards	Fall or Spring	Any part of term	11th class day of the 16-week part of term, regardless of the part or parts of term in which the student has enrollment
