Federal Pell Grants
This is the flagship federal grant program available to undergraduate students who have demonstrated exceptional financial need according to the FAFSA and have not earned a bachelor’s or professional degree. The award amount is pro-rated for students enrolled less than full-time. Learn more about eligibility and award amounts on the Federal Student Aid website.
Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG)
SEOG grants are intended, as the name implies, to supplement other aid. These grants are federally funded, and each school receives a fixed amount yearly. Funds are awarded to a limited number of undergraduate students, with preference given to Pell recipients who demonstrate exceptional financial need.
