Volunteers needed for Little Rock Marathon
The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is seeking at least 25 volunteers to help support the participants of the Little Rock Marathon.
Volunteers are needed to work at an aid station from 6:30-9 a.m. on Sunday, March 4, to give refreshments, smiles, and encouragement to the participants of the half marathon and marathon.
UA Little Rock is sponsoring 100 employees and students who are participating in the Little Rock Marathon. University team participants received a reduction in their entry fee, a customized UA Little Rock t-shirt to wear during the 5K, 10K, half marathon, or full marathon, and fitness training.
To sign up to volunteer, follow this online link and click on “Sign Up to Volunteer – Click Here.” Scroll down to the ninth item on the list and check the box that says “Aid Station #3: UA Little Rock and Clinton School of Public Service.” Last, click the “Sign Up to Volunteer” button to complete the volunteer registration.
Volunteers will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
