Little Rock swimming and diving team sets three new school records

Three new school records were set for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock swimming and diving program Feb. 21 during the Missouri Valley Conference Championships in Colombia, Missouri. 

Lindsey Butler
 set a new school record in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 23.38 to earn 15 points for her team.

In the 200-yard IM, Imre van Huyssteen was next to make history with a school record time of 2:05.90.

The third school record set on the day came from the 200-yard freestyle relay team of van Huyssteen, Butler, Laura Ruiz Astorga, and Regan Lawrence with a time of 1:34.04. The squad finished in fourth in the event and earned a big 30 points for the Trojans.
