Funding Applications

Active registered student organizations that are in good standing and have completed RSO 101 and passed the quiz during the 2022-23 academic year are eligible to apply for funding through the Student Experience Center. This funding will be available for the Spring 2023 semester. The Funding 101 presentation will be helpful in working on your funding application.

How to apply for funding

  • Make sure you are registered. This means you have filled out a Registration Form since the beginning of the 2022-23 academic year or since your most recent change in officers, whichever is more recent. Funding requests from organizations with outdated registrations will not be reviewed.
  • Complete RSO 101 and pass the quiz. The quiz must be passed at 100% by two current members of the organization. Funding requests from organizations that have not completed RSO 101 will not be reviewed. If you completed this step during the Fall ’22 semester, you will not need to take the quiz again unless the representatives who completed the quiz are no longer members of your organization.
  • Complete the Funding Request Spreadsheet.
    • Make a copy of the  budget spreadsheet and upload it to your form. You must access the form using your UA Little Rock account. We will not grant access to non-UA Little Rock email addresses/profiles.
  • Complete the Funding Application. You can save and continue later.

Here are the instructions for what happens after completing your application:

  • Applications for the Spring ’23 semester open on November 28, 2022. All applications must be completed and submitted by 11:45 p.m. on December 16, 2022. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
  • You will receive all communication regarding your funding application to the UA Little Rock email listed in your application. Please check your email for all updates and instructions.
  • Funding for the Spring ’23 semester will be awarded by January 13, 2023. In the event that we have questions about your funding request, we will contact you.
  • At the end of the allocation cycle, you will receive an email detailing the amount of funding you have been allocated.
