Bowen Director of Communications Tonya Oaks Smith has been named to the Board of Directors for the Higher Education Web Professionals Association (HighEdWeb).
HighEdWeb is an organization of Web professionals working at institutions of higher education. We design, develop, manage and map the futures of higher education Web sites. HighEdWeb strives to advance Web professionals, technologies and standards in higher education. The organization started in 1999 as a strategic alliance of Web professionals in New York state higher education.
