Inside Marketing Careers

The UALR Department of Marketing prepares students for careers in marketing and advertising in the private and public sectors. Marketing majors gain the knowledge, analytical skills, and technical expertise required of marketing professionals. The Marketing curriculum also provides a solid foundation for students planning graduate study in marketing and business.


The Marketing and Advertising faculty have won university and national recognition for their teaching and research. The faculty also maintain extensive relationships with the local business community. The faculty will work with you to determine which path will help you reach your goals.
