Federal student loans for the summer term will be disbursed in a single payment when the summer session begins. The actual date you will receive your loan funds depends on the date when you are enrolled at least half-time and the date when you begin attending classes. Refer to the charts below for more information.

Remember: The loan disbursement date is not the same as the financial aid refund date. Please contact the Student Accounts Office for more information about financial aid refunds.
Important
- You are responsible for any charges that are posted to your student account after your loan funds have disbursed.
- Dropping a course/courses and/or withdrawing from the term after your loan funds have paid may result in the reduction or cancellation of your loan amount and a balance due to the University.
- All requirements and/or missing items must be complete in order for your student loan funds to be credited to your UA Little Rock student account. You may check the status of your requirements in BOSS.
- If summer 2023 is the first time you will receive federal student loan funds, you must complete both Loan Entrance Counseling and a Master Promissory Note.
