The Academic and Event Scheduling Policy states that academic and event scheduling is managed using Mazevo Schedule.
Master Calendar initiative
The campus master calendar initiative addresses the following calendaring needs:
- Event and Resource Management
- UA Little Rock employees can electronically request reservations for space on campus for events and submit on- and off-campus events to be published on the website calendar through Mazevo Schedule. The Mazevo Calendar tool lets viewers see when and where classes and events are taking place.
- Academic Scheduling
- All non-academic scheduling in classrooms is done in our event and room scheduling application at schedule.ualr.edu
- Personal Calendaring
- Through UA Little Rock’s Google-powered email service, faculty, staff, students, and Alumni Association members can schedule personal meetings in their email account.
