I'm having trouble logging into orientation.ualr.edu

Getting started in BOSS
STEP 1 – Go to boss.ualr.edu, choose “Secure Login,” and enter your T# Txxxxxxxx. Click “Forgot PIN” and follow the prompts.
STEP 2 – Unsure what your TNumber is? Use your Social Security Number and the system will recognize you.
STEP 3 – Click “Personal Information,” then “List Accounts and Change Passwords.”
STEP 4 – Go to “Change Password” and click each box. Enter and confirm your password.

Already have your UA Little Rock accounts setup? Login at orientation.ualr.edu to complete New Student Orientation!
STEP 5 – Now you can access your email, BOSS, and blackboard with a single sign on at my.ualr.edu, and you’re ready to login to New Student Orientation at orientation.ualr.edu!
STEP 6 – The virtual course will be at your own pace & take approximately 30 minutes – 1 hour to complete

What does virtual New Student Orientation look like?

Orientation is about connecting to campus. Through virtual experiences you will learn about campus culture, where to study on campus, where to go for assistance financially & academically, how to actually meet people, what being a leader on campus can do for you & so many other things to make your experience as a Trojan amazing.

How do I make an academic advising appointment?

Academic programs at UA Little Rock are grouped within three colleges. You will be advised in the advising center of one of these colleges. Before registering for classes, freshmen will meet with their advisor. Find your advisor here.


Is Orientation mandatory?

Orientation is required and is the best opportunity to learn about becoming a Trojan. During orientation, you learn more about where to study on campus, where to go for assistance financially & academically, how to actually meet people, what being a leader on campus can do for you & so many other things to make your experience as a Trojan amazing. Online Orientation is now available at go2orientation.com/ualr. Login with your UA Little Rock email address and password to complete New Student Orientation.

Who should I contact if I need special accommodations?

If students or family members require special accommodations for orientation, please contact the Disability Resource Center on campus. Please call 501-916-3143 to speak to a representative or email disability@ualr.edu.


I am a Freshman taking summer courses. Do I still have to attend Orientation?

Yes! Orientation will help you connect with campus resources and other opportunities to stay ahead in your educational career.

If you’re interested in taking summer courses as a freshman, contact UA Little Rock Admissions at admissions@ualr.edu or 501-916-3127.

If you are interested in testing out of a course or would like to set up an admissions test, certification/licensure exam, credit by examination or placement/proficiency exam, please contact Testing Services.


How can I get my Trojan ID and parking pass?

For your Trojan ID, visit the Donaghey Student Center, first floor. Look for the welcome desk that says “Conference Services.” Most likely, you will take your picture and pick up your Trojan ID in the same day. For questions, contact DSC Administration at 501-916-3362 or dsc@ualr.edu.

For your parking pass, you can register online. Questions or concerns – contact Department of Public Safety at 501-916-3400 or publicsafety@ualr.edu.


I have general questions about UA Little Rock. Who do I contact?
