As part of a citywide effort to beautify the city, the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service held a cleanup of Coleman Creek on Saturday, March 10.
The effort was part of the Annual Great American City Wide Cleanup event, where volunteers worked to beautify locations all over Little Rock.
The cleanup was a half-day event starting with volunteer check-in at 8 a.m. at the Arkansas System Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service parking lot. Cleanup work began at 8:30 a.m. and finished at noon.
