- Who are International Applicants?
- If you are not a citizen of the United States, are currently in the United States with a visa, or you have applied for permanent residency but have not been approved, you are considered an international student. Please submit the international student application to apply to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
- Visa
- A foreign national who holds, or intends to hold temporary, non-immigrant visa/status in the U.S., such as B, F, J, H, L, etc. or is a ‘pending’ permanent resident (application for permanent resident status to BCIS is submitted but not yet adjudicated) in the U.S. is considered International for admissions purposes.

- U.S. Citizen
- U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, political asylees or refugees are considered domestic applicants for “admissions” purpose
