ImageNow uses the email username and password for authentication instead of your NetID. If you have trouble logging in, you may need to reset your mail password.
Any supervisor may request access to ImageNow for employees by sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the type of access (ImageNow or WebNow), the legacy mail username of the requestor, and what type of access they need.
Find your NetID in BOSS under the Personal Information > Change Passwords or View Usernames screen.
The NetID is a user identifier that provides access to a growing number of UALR systems, especially those with single sign-on (SSO) enabled (including myUALR).
Find your email address in BOSS under the Personal Information > Change Passwords or View Usernames screen.
To access your UALR Google Apps mailbox, use your NetID to log into myUALR and select the Mail app.
To have an active @ualr.edu email address, you must be a currently-admitted student, a current or retired employee, or a graduate member of the Alumni Association.
Find your STUDENTS or FACSTAFF username in BOSS under the Personal Information > Change Passwords or View Usernames screen.
STUDENTS and FACSTAFF are UALR's two Active Directory domains, and these accounts are primarily used to log into a campus computer. The desktops in computer labs use the STUDENTS domain, and employee computers use the FACSTAFF domain.
Passwords will expire after 90 days of use. You will begin to receive password expiration warnings up to 7 days before your password expires. Once your password has expired, you must reset your password in order to continue using your account.
Your account may have been locked because more than 10 attempts to log into your account have failed. Too many failed attempts are often an indication that someone other than you may be trying to log into your account. You will be unable to log into your account while it remains locked.
Unlock your account by following the instructions to reset your password. If you are unsure or concerned about why your account has been lockedâ€”or if you have difficulty unlocking your accountsâ€”we ask that you contact IT Services for assistance.
Follow the instructions below to set (or reset) your password in BOSS under the Personal Information > Change Passwords or View Usernames screen. Please follow the guidelines for setting a strong password.
You may use the same BOSS screen to reset passwords for your STUDENTS accounts, your email address password, or (for employees) your FACSTAFF or Banner "PROD" accounts.
The NetID account is the primary user account at UALR, but certain applications use other legacy accounts. If you have verified your NetID password, but still cannot log into a particular application, look that application up in our Application Registry to see if you should use one of your other accounts.
You may also call IT Services at 501.916.3011 if you are having problems logging in to a campus system that cannot be resolved by resetting the appropriate password in BOSS.
