Interlibrary Loan provides current UALR students, faculty and staff with access to scholarly materials that Ottenheimer Library does not own.Â
Request/Renew an Interlibrary Loan
Assistance
For assistance with interlibrary loan requests and ILLiad, please contact the Interlibrary Loan Department at 501.569.8812 or illuser2@ualr.edu.
Additional Information
Users must register the first time using the interlibrary loan system (ILLiad). Once a request is submitted, the Library will locate the needed material at another library and retrieve it for UALR use.
Articles/chapters are generally delivered to requesters electronically. Books and other physical materials are held for pickup at the circulation desk.Â
When borrowing materials from another library, the lending library determines the due dates and all other restrictions on the use of the materials. Some materials may be renewed for an additional period and/or recalled by the lending library at any time.
