The Department of Accounting holds two Continuing Professional Education (CPE) events each year. The Accounting Society student organization organizes a CPE event every December.
During the Spring term the Department of Accounting and the Department of Economics and Finance co-host a CPE event focused on ethics.

The students of the UA Little Rock Accounting Society and Beta Alpha Psi invite you to our 10th annual eight hour continuing professional education event on Wednesday Dec. 11th. We are excited to offer some amazing speakers and topics this year (see schedule below). This year we will be holding it at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel at the intersection of I-630 and University Avenue (a block of rooms is available at a discount for those coming from a distance). Although event registration will not be open until late October the cost will only be $140 early bird (before Dec.1st), or $155 after Nov 30. There should be plenty of convenient parking, useful work stations and delicious food and coffee!
