CPE Events

CPE EventThe Department of Accounting holds two Continuing Professional Education (CPE) events each year.  The Accounting Society student organization organizes a CPE event every December.

During the Spring term the Department of Accounting and the Department of Economics and Finance co-host a CPE event focused on ethics.

CPE credits offered: Attendance for the entire day will earn 3 hours of Tax, 3 hours of A&A, and 2 hours Other CPE

Cost: $135 Early Bird (payment received on or before November 30th) or $160 (payment received after November 30th)

Parking: We suggest free parking in the UALR Parking Deck (Map: http://ualr.edu/about/campus/)

We will have signs and students directing you to the Dickinson Hall Auditorium where the event will be held.

After registration you will be given the choice to “Pay Now” through PayPal with Debit/Credit Card or we will issue an invoice to your email with the payment instructions.

The proceeds of the event fund our club activities, service projects, and attendance at the regional and national Beta Alpha Psi conferences.

 

The auditorium will have a table, an electric outlet, internet access, and plenty of elbow room for each attendee.  Each registrant will receive the event booklet via email before the event.
