College Board Participant Grant

College Board Offers Participant Grants to teachers who wish to attend an APSI.

Each year, College Board awards grants for qualifying teachers new to an AP subject to attend an AP Summer Institute (APSI). The application is open March–June or until all grants have been distributed.

• Participant grants cover the cost of tuition only. All other APSI costs (including, but not limited to, travel, lodging, and food) are the responsibility of the grant recipient.

• The participant grants are distributed by individual AP Summer Institute host institutions. They are not renewable or transferable and only cover tuition for the APSI selected in the year they are awarded.
