Payment is due before the AP Summer Institute begins.

  • PO – Send us a PO now via email, and then mail a check later. Many districts prefer this. If you need an invoice and/or a W9, please contact Lori Delk at [email protected].
  • Check – mail us a check directly. The address for mailing the check is below – please be sure to include the full address or the check could be lost. Please include the name of the teacher(s) on the check so that the proper registration is credited.

  • Credit Card: For making credit card payments, first complete your registration using “Check” as your form of payment. You will immediately receive an email with your confirmation number. Go to the following site to make the credit card payment. You will select APSI 2027, and then the week that you signed up for. You will need the following information to complete the transaction:
    • Name of Teacher
    • Registration Confirmation # (Alpha/numeric)
    • Specific AP subject
    • Teacher’s email
    • Teacher’s phone number
    • School Name
    • School City
    • School State
    • School Country, if other than US (optional)
    • School type: public, private, charter
  •   College Board Grant: If you have applied for a College Board Participant Grant, you will get an email with instructions once it is approved.

Please Note:

If you are an Arkansas Public or Charter School teacher who wishes to take advantage of the $100 discount, you must be one of the first 50 teachers who pay, and attend the APSI. Refund checks will be sent after the APSI is over. Eligibility is based on the date of payment.

The requirements to receive the refund are as follows:

  • Be one of the first 50 AR teachers to pay for the APSI
  • Pay by one week prior to the start of the APSI
  • Complete the APSI training
  • AP Business, AP Research, and AP Seminar do not qualify for the discount
  • Purchase orders do not count as payment. (A PO can be used to hold a spot, but the date of payment is based on the receipt of the check or credit card payment.)
  • If you pay by check, after the APSI you will receive a link to a short form to complete with the information about where to send the refund check. This form must be completed by the date that is stated in the email in order to receive the refund.
