No matter where you are in 2021, students who have completed Grades K-6 can experience the magic of Summer Laureate University for Youth…online. Yes, SLUFY is going global with a virtual classroom experience that is nothing less than spectacular!
SLUFY 2021 is designed specifically for gifted and talented students by experts in virtual learning and gifted education.
Registration for summer 2021 is open
June 21 – 25: Kindergarten; Grades 5 and 6
July 19 – 23: Grades 1 through 4
A limited number of Martha Gaunt Bass Scholarships are now available. Completed scholarship applications are due on or before Monday, May 24, by 4:00 p.m.
Summer Laureate University for Youth (SLUFY) is an educational program that provides unique learning experiences for high-ability students to explore and expand their talents and abilities. The program offers a variety of classes taught by a staff that includes graduate students seeking masters degrees in teaching the gifted and talented, certified master teachers, and other experts.
SLUFY presents high-ability K-6 students with a unique, enriched opportunity to learn through hands-on experiences under the guidance of enthusiastic teachers. Students also will get to meet other talented students, forging friendships that last long beyond the summer program.
