Thank you for your interest in Summer Laureate University for Youth! Registration opens February 1, 2026. The program will run Monday through Friday, July 6-17, on UA Little Rock’s campus. SLUFY is for students who have completed grades K through 6, by May 2026.
Students who are academically and/or creatively advanced for their age and participate in Gifted and Talented programs or other enrichment programs will experience the most success at Summer Laureate. Read more about eligibility.

Parents of registered students will be sent the link to the virtual meeting on June 18. You should receive a packet in the mail by the middle of June. If you have moved since registering, please send an email with an updated address for the mailing.

SLUFY 2026 will offer a wide variety of engaging courses in math, engineering, science, the arts, social studies, language arts, and more!
There are 21 new classes this summer. We offer course selections for students in: Explorer’s Club – Completed Kindergarten, Grades 1-2, Grades 3-4, and Grades 5-6.

- 2:15 – 2:30 p.m. Snack in Homebase Class
- 2:30 – 3:20 p.m. Student Choice Activities
- 3:30 – 5 p.m. Discovery Class
- 5:15 p.m. Student dismissal and pick up
