Dr. Chiang is a professor in the Department of Computer Science. Before joining UA Little Rock, he worked at Viasoft in Phoenix, Arizona. In Phoenix, he obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Arizona State University. Dr. Chiang has published more than 100 referred research papers in IEEE, in ACM, and in international journals and conferences.
