Workday is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning system providing financial, human capital and student information management for all 19 campuses within the University of Arkansas System. It is easily accessible from a desktop, laptop or mobile device and has been implemented by more than 100 other higher education institutions.
Workday manages human capital management (HCM) and financial management processes.
HCM provides processes associated with human resources including hiring, benefits, employee performance and relations, payroll, labor distribution, and time/leave tracking.
Financial management provides processes related to financial transactions including budget and general ledger, grants, asset management and inventory, procurement and vendor management, accounts payable and receivable, and travel expenses.

Eligibility
Faculty, staff, and student employees use Workday to access employment and financial management services and business processes.
Workday may be accessed using your NetID credentials and requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods to be registered on your account to help secure organizational data.
