UA Little Rock students and employees, as well as visitors to Ottenheimer Library, may use the equipment available in the Trojan Forge subject to the guidelines in this Safety Manual and applicable UA Little Rock policies. Use of the equipment in the Trojan Forge is undertaken at the user’s sole risk. UA Little Rock expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from such use of equipment and facilities in the Trojan Forge. This disclaimer includes, but is not necessarily limited to, injury or damage resulting from the misuse of equipment or the failure to follow these Safety Manual guidelines or UA Little Rock policies. Users must adhere to the Safety Manual, training provided by UA Little Rock staff assigned to the Trojan Forge, and manufacturer instructions for the equipment available. Failure to adhere to these requirements could result in restrictions or prohibitions on entry to the Trojan Forge, and appropriate disciplinary action for students and employees.
